What ages do you see?
We see toddlers, school-aged children, and teenagers alike! Our available services cover a wide range of pediatric needs, and we’ll always personalize our approach to match your loved one’s current smile.
Can you improve the way my child’s smile looks?
Yes! While our available pediatric and orthodontic services are primarily focused on improving dental health, many of them have valuable cosmetic benefits as well. For instance, our restorative fillings are crafted from tooth-colored composite resin, and our braces options leave young patients with straighter, more confident teeth.
Do you see dental emergencies?
If your child is experiencing severe dental pain or a traumatic mouth injury, don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We can provide guidance over the phone and will also find time in our schedule to fit them in for an emergency appointment as soon as possible.
My child doesn’t want to wear metal braces. Is there an alternative?
Yes. Our orthodontic offerings include several aesthetically-friendly choices, including clear/ceramic braces and Invisalign Teen.
My child is afraid of the dentist. Can you help them feel comfortable?
Certainly. Our available sedation options are designed to help patients achieve genuine relaxation over the course of their procedure. During their initial appointment, our team will be happy to go over these techniques with you (the parent) in greater detail so that you can select the one that fits your loved one’s personal needs best.
Do you take dental insurance?
Killeen Children’s Dental & Orthodontics works with virtually all PPO insurances, and we will file claims as needed to help you maximize the benefits available to you. Medicaid and CHIP plans are also warmly welcomed.
What should I do if I don’t have insurance?
We can assist your family in arranging a payment plan through CareCredit! In-house options are also available for spreading your overall cost over a number of months, and we can go over these during an initial consultation.
